We take your request and do the leg work for you, and after completing your request we report directly back to you! 

OneCall has its own dedicated sales support team within TelstraClear, meaning our account managers will provide you with the following:

  • Process the addition or deletion of services to your account 

  • Ensure you are always aware of new services and are on the best possible calling rates

  • Help you understand your bill and ensure it's correct
