Jason joined the OneCall team after 12 years working for the Sharp Corporation, first as Sales Manager, then as Southern Regional manager.

With nearly two decades of experience in sales, Jason shares our passion for excellence in customer experience.

As director of Sales and Marketing, he sees our clients as important business partners and works by the motto that you should treat people as you want to be treated.

Originally from Tauranga, Shane has worked at OneCall since 2007, and his combination of experience in IT and logistics give him a unique take on technical challenges.

As Managing Director, Shane oversees the day-to-day running of OneCall and works with the Sales team to ensure our clients get solutions that are right for them.

A skilled communicator, Shane excels at breaking down complex issues into concepts anyone can understand – ‘the more challenging, the better!’

Mark Waller is Dunedin through and through. Born and bred in the Edinburgh of the south, it was only after moving away for work that Mark understood the connection he had to home.

At OneCall we are more than happy that he has drawn back as he joins us as an Account Manager.

As a former owner and operator of his own business, Mike understands how important technology is to modern business and how challenging it can be for the business owner to understand. This experience also ensures that Mike is well placed to translate your business requirements into the right technology solutions to solve your business problems.

I’ve worked in IT for around 17 years and really enjoy the people side of the job — whether it’s helping users, working with teams, or supporting businesses through technology. Over the years, I’ve built a strong understanding of both technical systems and how they support day-to-day business operations. Having run my own business in the past, I also bring a practical, big-picture mindset to the work I do.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about music and have played drums for many years. I find it a great creative outlet.
I also enjoy nature walks and being outdoors — it's a good way to unwind and stay balanced.

Anthony Nixon

Originally from Auckland, Anthony brings extensive experience and expertise to OneCall, having worked in the IT industry since the start of the century. Before joining OneCall, Anthony held various roles, including sales support for an IT wholesaler, hardware support at a university, and installation, training, and IT support for hotels at a hospitality software vendor. In Christchurch, Anthony has worked for several MSPs, where he was involved in installing and supporting servers and networks, managing point-of-sale software and hardware, and performing device hardware repairs and software support. Eventually, Anthony transitioned to a Service Delivery Manager role, moving away from hands-on technical work.

As the Christchurch Service Team Leader at OneCall, Anthony is dedicated to solving problems and exceeding customer expectations by ensuring the team delivers exceptional service. He is always seeking ways for OneCall to enhance its customer support.

Brent has worked in the office equipment industry in Dunedin for over 30 years, predominately on photocopiers and printers.

There have been many changes to office equipment during that time and as a result, they have become a vital part of almost every business. Brent enjoys being able to support customers by making sure they are getting the most from their office equipment.

Craig has had a passion for technology including all things with options and settings for as long as he can remember. Since completing his first ICT qualification in 2008, he has worked across a range of environments including education, private enterprise, and the not-for-profit sector. This experience has given him insight not only into the technical side of the industry, but also into how different people and organisations use and rely on technology in unique ways.

I have been working in the IT Industry for the over 15 years. I started out as a junior tech for a small locally owned IT firm back in the early 2000’s, when the industry was a completely different landscape with small business IT only just emerging.

This has allowed me to grow and gain experience, progressing to network and infrastructure roles and environments. This provided the perfect stepping stone towards joining OneCall and expanding into greater skill and knowledge within these areas.

Joshua has been fascinated with IT from an early age; from helping look after the classroom computers after school to being the de facto IT support for the extended family, he then formalised his skills with a Bachelor of Information Technology.

Since then he’s worked both publicly and privately, with experience in hardware support, web design, programming and desktop support both for local government and commercial clients. 12 years in the industry have given him a wide range of skills and he looks forward to honing these with the new challenges and opportunities his new role at OneCall offers.

Logan enjoys the problem-solving aspect of his role as an Information Technology Engineer, particularly working through a resolution from start to finish for his clients. takes pride in OneCall having robust systems in place to help their customers.

Outside of work, Logan is a Dunedin Model Aero Club member and enthusiast. You’ll find him flying both planes and drones out on the Taieri most weekends.

Mason is an IT specialist, having worked in IT support his entire career. He relishes the opportunity to learn continually and work flexibly in an ever-changing environment.

His skills in troubleshooting and ongoing support extend from tasks as simple as helping you get your hardware physically set up to diagnosing and solving complex software issues, combined with the ability to communicate with clients clearly and simply – meaning not only do your problems get solved, but you’re left more ready to respond to new opportunities.
