Shane Ross – Managing Director

Originally from Tauranga, Shane has worked at OneCall since 2007, and his combination of experience in IT and logistics give him a unique take on technical challenges. As Technical and Operations Director, Shane oversees the day-to-day running of OneCall and works with the Sales team to ensure our clients get solutions that are right for them. A skilled communicator, Shane excels at breaking down complex issues into concepts anyone can understand – ‘the more challenging, the better!’

John Sunley – Account Manager

I recently joined the OneCall team as the Internal Accounts Manager. I am an Otago University graduate who has worked locally and abroad in a variety of IT roles from network engineering to business development. With my technical background I’m able to proactively deliver new IT solutions to our customers, as well as futureproof existing ones. I’m a keen photographer and an avid tinkerer usually juggling several electronics and programming projects in my spare time.

Mark Waller – Account Manager

Mark Waller is Dunedin through and through. Born and bred in the Edinburgh of the south, it was only after moving away for work that Mark understood the connection he had to home. And at OneCall we are more than happy that he has drawn back as he joins us as an Account Manager.

Joshua Geerlofs – IT Engineer

Joshua has been fascinated with IT from an early age; from helping look after the classroom computers after school to being the de facto IT support for the extended family, he then formalised his skills with a Bachelor of Information Technology. Since then he’s worked both publicly and privately, with experience in hardware support, web design, programming and desktop support both for local government and commercial clients. 12 years in the industry have given him a wide range of skills and he looks forward to honing these with the new challenges and opportunities his new role at OneCall offers.

Logan Kreft – Senior Systems Engineer

Logan enjoys the problem-solving aspect of his role as Information Technology Engineer, particularly working through a resolution from start to finish for his clients. takes pride in OneCall having robust systems in place to help their customers.

Outside of work, Logan is a Dunedin Model Aero Club member and enthusiast. You’ll find him flying both planes and drones out on the Taieri most weekends.

Wilbur Keulder – IT Engineer

Wilbur has been working in information technology for nine years in small business and corporate environments. He is intrigued with technology and cloud based systems and has gained experience in these fields over the past five years.

Wilbur likes to learn new ways of doing things and to broaden his horizons in the industry.

Dave Langley – IT Engineer

I have been working in the IT Industry for the over 15 years. I started out as a junior tech for a small locally owned IT firm back in the early 2000’s, when the industry was a completely different landscape with small business IT only just emerging. This has allowed me to grow and gain experience, progressing to network and infrastructure roles and environments. This provided the perfect stepping stone towards joining OneCall and expanding into greater skill and knowledge within these areas.

Lucas Nyhof – IT Engineer

Lucas is a graduate of the Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, taking a keen interest in cloud server and infrastructure platforms. Lucas enjoys the learning aspect of IT, with a fast paced sector always on the move. As he puts it, every job is an opportunity to widen his foundation of knowledge.

On weekends you can find Lucas running the hills and trails around Dunedin and Otago, or cycling down the peninsula.

Brent Boermans – Print Technician

Brent has worked in the office equipment industry in Dunedin for over 30 years, predominately on photocopiers and printers. There have been many changes to office equipment during that time and as a result, they have become a vital part of almost every business. Brent enjoys being able to support customers by making sure they are getting the most from their office equipment.

Adam Robson – Service Manager

Adam has been working in the technology sector for about 19 years. He started out doing copier and printer repairs then shifted into software solutions. For the past three years Adam has been working in information technology. He has always been interested in how things work and solving problems, so working in office and information technology was a natural fit.

Sam Fisher – Project Manager

With OneCall’s continued growth, we were ready for a Service Delivery Coordinator. Sam was our top choice for this new and exciting role. He has extraordinary customer service and project management skills ensuring the most complex IT hardware upgrades are coordinated and delivered in perfect order on time every time.

Justine Marshall – Service Delivery Coordinator

As OneCall’s Service Delivery Coordinator, Justine ensures our schedules run like clockwork. Making the day work so our technicians can too allows us to deliver the signature OneCall experience to clients. When she’s not at work, Justine is busy with her teenager and his various activities, or out exploring the country. She can be seen most mornings travelling to work on her motor scooter.

Nicola Westphall – Sales Support and Procurement Officer

Nicola has a background in office administration and real estate sales, which serves her well as Administrator for our Sales Team. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service and assisting her team to excel in a diverse and growing industry.

Paula Wilson – Office and Accounts Administrator

With a degree in accounting and more than 20 years industry experience across insurance, civil construction and heavy off-road industries, Paula brings a wealth of expertise to the role. She prides herself on communicating in a friendly, open manner with both customers and colleagues. Outside of work she supports her three boys in their rugby, water polo, swimming, touch and rock bank endeavours while balancing it with her interests in gardening and and fitness.
